Financial assistance necessary to start up a business and advisory support from the teaching staff are provided to students who wish to start up a business.

Students are required to submit completed business plans by the completion of the course.
These plans are thoroughly examined by the full-time teaching staff of the Institute and external experts. The plan which is considered feasible can receive financial and other support from the Investment Business Fund. The company established with this support will continue to receive support from the teaching staff and other relevant individuals to develop into an angel company which will provide an investment fund for the next generation.

The Institute provides the Corporate Internship Program for students who live mainly outside Niigata Prefecture and wish to acquire practical business knowledge for business creation such as the start-up of a business and corporate business development. This program allows students to study at the Institute while working in Niigata.
